Afin de répondre aux exigences des différents marchés, les intercalaires en aluminium sont produits dans de nombreuses dimensions pour le verre isolant. Les espaceurs en aluminium sont fabriqués pour les applications "cut & plug", avec des connecteurs d'angle en plastique et pour le cintrage à la machine avec des connecteurs droits métalliques. L'épaisseur des matériaux en aluminium varie de 0,18 mm pour une conductivité thermique plus faible et un meilleur rapport coût-efficacité à 0,35 mm pour une meilleure pliabilité et une plus grande résistance. Les longueurs standard des espaceurs en aluminium sont de 3 m, 5 m et 6 m. D'autres longueurs sont disponibles en option sur demande. Le nom, la date et l'impression sont disponibles. En outre, si nécessaire, NEDEX peut produire des espaceurs colorés dans de nombreuses couleurs en utilisant la technologie du revêtement par poudre.

Nedex a une capacité de plus de 100 millions de mètres d'intercalaires en aluminium et de 60 millions de mètres d'intercalaires en plastique pour bords chauds par an sur le site de production d'Eskişehir/Turquie. NEDEX produit des entretoises en aluminium à Eskisehir/Turquie depuis 2010. La production d'entretoises à bord chaud a commencé en 2014. NEDEX produit des produits d'étanchéité à base de polysulfure appelés KU-83, PS-018, PS-002 et ARCOL. Le mastic polysulfide NEDEX est produit pour être utilisé dans les verres isolés. Il a une très faible perméabilité à l'eau et au gaz. Il possède des propriétés chimiques très avancées. Il est recommandé de mélanger les mastics polysulfides dans un rapport volumétrique de 10:1 pour les composants A et B. Les mastics extérieurs NEDEX à base de polysulfure KU-83 et PS-018 sont destinés aux verres isolants avec des spécifications conformes à la norme EN 1279:2018.

Isolierglas-Abstandhalter werden nach den Anforderungen der Glashersteller ausgelegt. Nedex verfügt in der Produktionsstätte in Eskişehir/Türkei über eine jährliche Kapazität von mehr als 100 Millionen Metern Aluminium-Abstandshaltern und 60 Millionen Metern Warme-Kante-Abstandshaltern aus Kunststoff. NEDEX produziert seit 2010 Aluminium-Abstandhalter in Eskisehir/Türkei. ISOPROFIL, ein Konzernunternehmen von NEDEX, produziert seit 2011 Aluminium-Abstandhalter in Zaporozhye/Ukraine. Die Produktion von Warme-Kante startete im Jahr 2014. NEDEX stellt auch Eckverbinder für seine Abstandhalter her und empfiehlt deren gemeinsame Verwendung. NEDEX secondary sealant MELTEX hotmelt butyl (hot melt sealant) is a 100% solids, single-component sealant designed for the sealed insulating glass industry. It is formulated from butyl rubber, synthetic polymers and elastomers to give outstanding adhesion to glass and aluminum when fabricated manually or reactivated in semi- automatic equipment. The product is resistant to degradation from ultraviolet light, temperature extremes and water immersion. MELTEX hotmelt butyl is is compatible with inner sealants of NEDEX such as KU-83B and PIB-996. They can be used together, there will be no chemical reactions. Before using MELTEX together with other inner sealants chemical compatibility tests should be done. MELTEX is a secondary sealant for Insulating Glass Unit with specifications according to EN 1279.
